Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Aisle, operated by The Aisle LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email matt@theaisle.app.

1. The service

The Aisle is a free wedding vendor directory. Couples can discover vendors, save favorites, and manage their planning. Vendors can claim a public profile and connect with couples.

The Aisle is free to use for both couples and vendors. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with advance notice.

2. Your account

You must be 13 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each vendor profile may be claimed and managed by one account. Attempting to claim a profile that belongs to another business is prohibited.

3. Vendor profiles

Vendor profiles on The Aisle are public. By adding information to your vendor profile — including your business name, description, photos, pricing, and contact details — you grant The Aisle LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that information on The Aisle and in related marketing materials.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile. Do not add false information, impersonate another business, or post content you do not have the rights to use.

4. Facebook and Instagram connection

Vendors may optionally connect a Facebook Page to their Aisle profile. By connecting your Facebook Page, you authorize The Aisle to:

  • Access your Page name and Page ID to verify your business identity
  • Store an encrypted copy of your Page access token
  • Import your Facebook or Instagram profile photo if you request it

You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time from your vendor dashboard. Your access token will be deleted immediately upon disconnection.

Your use of the Facebook connection feature is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or business
  • Use the service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited outreach
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from The Aisle without written permission
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, business information). By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

7. Intellectual property

The Aisle's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by The Aisle LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Aisle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of vendor information listed on the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Aisle LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Aisle — including loss of data, lost revenue, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service will not exceed fifty dollars ($50).

10. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at matt@theaisle.app.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of The Aisle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. SMS and text messaging

Program: The Aisle text messaging program, operated by The Aisle LLC (sender name: "The Aisle"). If you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we may send you recurring text messages about the bridal expo and your registration or booth — confirmations, reminders, event-day logistics, your vendor guide, and referral updates.

Message frequency is up to about four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registering for, exhibiting at, or attending the expo.

To stop at any time, reply STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP, email matt@theaisle.app, or call (256) 644-7334.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties; see our Privacy Policy.
